Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

These terms cover use of the HEYGUS website. This site is operated by HEYGUS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17330565. By using this site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.

The website

This site is provided to give information about HEYGUS LTD and the work we do, and to let visitors book a call with us. Content on the site is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, but figures such as typical revenue examples are illustrative and not a guarantee of results for any specific business.

Booking a call

When you book a call through our site, that booking is handled by Calendly. Booking a call does not create any contract between you and HEYGUS LTD. It is simply a conversation.

Becoming a customer

If you decide to work with us, separate terms specific to that engagement, covering scope, pricing, data access and service levels, will be provided and agreed with you directly before any work begins.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design and branding, belongs to HEYGUS LTD and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No guarantee of outcome

Software we build is designed to remove manual work and surface things that may otherwise be missed. We do not guarantee any specific result, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how the software is used and how the business around it operates.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HEYGUS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
