Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover use of the Gus website and, once you become a customer, the Gus product. By using this site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.
The website
This site is provided to give information about Gus and to let visitors book a call with us. Content on the site is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, but figures such as typical revenue examples are illustrative and not a guarantee of results for any specific business.
Booking a call
When you book a call through our site, that booking is handled by Calendly. Booking a call does not create any contract between you and Gus. It is simply a conversation.
Becoming a customer
If you decide to use the Gus product, separate terms specific to that agreement, covering pricing, data access and service levels, will be provided and agreed with you directly before you start using it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design and branding, belongs to Gus and may not be copied or reused without permission.
No guarantee of outcome
Gus is designed to help surface opportunities that may otherwise be missed. We do not guarantee any specific level of extra revenue, as results depend on many factors outside our control, including how the product is used.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
